tities with different antiques from 30/40 days, making use of the personal visit and may, 
in some cases, be supported by the phone billing. These operations aim at the full or 
partial recovery of arrears, in accordance with the objectives and timings set by each 
financial institution. The use of latest technologies ensures effective supervision, 
accessibility and availability at all times.

RECOVERY VEHICLES
RIGOUR AND TRANSPARENCY
ServiCrédito gives support for the collection of financed vehicles, whenever for the 
total or partial cancellation of client debts but always working with documentary rigor 
and logistical support that are fundamental to the transparency and effectiveness of 
the services.

INSPECTION OF CREDIT

Periodic inspections of the stocks in patents cars and car Dealers Stands, received fi-
nancing from financial institutions. 
Observation, inspection and control of vehicles financed, on display in the Exhibition, through systematic recording of its location, mileage, registration and other particular aspects, with later reporting.

RISK ASSESSMENT

ServiCrédito may support its partners in evaluating potential credit risks of companies 
subjected to analysis by a detailed description of facilities, production, markets, marke-
ting of products, etc., or other features that each credit company believes to be rele-
vant, and in some cases become essential to a proper assessment of credit risk.
